1. Purpose
These terms govern the use of OurVan, an online service published by DSCMaker that lets you plan and track the budget of a vehicle conversion, simulate its layout in 3D (furniture, insulation, electrics) and share this information with other people. Creating an account means you accept these terms.
2. Access and account
- OurVan is available free of charge from a browser. Internet connection costs are your responsibility.
- You must provide a valid email address and keep your password confidential. Any action taken with your account is deemed to have been taken by you.
- Each account has its own space, created automatically.
3. Shared spaces
- You can invite other people into your space by email, or give them its ID or link. Anyone with the ID or link can join the space: you are responsible for sharing them.
- All members of a space can view, edit and reset its data.
- A member can leave a shared space at any time; the owner cannot leave their own space.
4. Your content
The data you enter remains your property. You grant DSCMaker only the right to host it and display it to the members of your spaces in order to run the service. You agree not to enter any unlawful content. Remember to export your budget regularly (Settings → Export as CSV): resetting a space is permanent.
5. Indicative calculations
The amounts, areas, dimensions, collisions, cable lengths and cross-sections, power balances and vehicle catalogues offered by OurVan are estimates based on simplified assumptions and approximate manufacturer dimensions. They are neither a technical study nor professional advice. Check the measurements on your vehicle and have any electrical, gas or structural work approved by a professional, in compliance with the regulations (including the type approval of converted vehicles).
6. Availability
DSCMaker strives to keep the service available but cannot guarantee continuous availability. The service may be interrupted for maintenance, its features may change, or it may be discontinued; in that case, users will be given reasonable notice so they can export their data.
7. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, DSCMaker cannot be held liable for indirect damage related to the use of the service, in particular data loss, a calculation error or a decision made on the basis of the estimates provided.
8. Suspension and deletion
You can ask for your account to be deleted at any time via the form ondscibot.ovh. DSCMaker may suspend an account used in breach of these terms or of the law.

10. Changes and governing law
These terms may change; the version in force is the one published on this page. They are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any action; failing that, the French courts have jurisdiction. The French version prevails in case of discrepancy between translations.

Les présentes conditions encadrent l'utilisation d'OurVan, service en ligne édité par DSCMaker, qui permet de préparer et suivre le budget d'aménagement d'un véhicule, de simuler son aménagement en 3D (meubles, isolation, électricité) et de partager ces informations avec d'autres personnes. Créer un compte vaut acceptation de ces conditions.
2. Accès et compte
- OurVan est accessible gratuitement depuis un navigateur. Les frais de connexion à Internet restent à ta charge.
- Tu dois fournir une adresse e-mail valide et garder ton mot de passe confidentiel. Toute action réalisée avec ton compte est réputée faite par toi.
- Chaque compte dispose de son propre espace, créé automatiquement.
3. Espaces partagés
- Tu peux inviter d'autres personnes dans ton espace par e-mail, ou leur transmettre son ID ou son lien. Toute personne qui dispose de l'ID ou du lien peut rejoindre l'espace : tu es responsable de leur diffusion.
- Tous les membres d'un espace peuvent consulter, modifier et réinitialiser ses données.
- Un membre peut quitter un espace partagé à tout moment ; le propriétaire ne peut pas quitter son propre espace.
4. Tes contenus
Les données que tu saisis restent ta propriété. Tu accordes à DSCMaker le seul droit de les héberger et de les afficher aux membres de tes espaces, pour faire fonctionner le service. Tu t'engages à ne saisir aucun contenu illicite. Pense à exporter régulièrement ton budget (Réglages → Exporter en CSV) : la réinitialisation d'un espace est définitive.
5. Calculs indicatifs
Les montants, surfaces, cotes, collisions, longueurs et sections de câble, bilans électriques et catalogues de véhicules proposés par OurVan sont des estimations, fondées sur des hypothèses simplifiées et des cotes constructeur approximatives. Ils ne constituent ni une étude technique, ni un conseil professionnel. Vérifie les mesures sur ton véhicule et fais valider toute installation électrique, gaz ou modification de structure par un professionnel, dans le respect de la réglementation (dont l'homologation des véhicules aménagés).
6. Disponibilité
DSCMaker s'efforce d'assurer l'accès au service mais ne peut garantir une disponibilité continue. Le service peut être interrompu pour maintenance, faire évoluer ses fonctionnalités, ou être arrêté ; dans ce dernier cas, les utilisateurs seront prévenus dans un délai raisonnable pour pouvoir exporter leurs données.
7. Responsabilité
Dans les limites permises par la loi, DSCMaker ne pourra être tenu responsable des dommages indirects liés à l'utilisation du service, notamment d'une perte de données, d'une erreur de calcul ou d'une décision prise sur la base des estimations fournies.
8. Suspension et suppression
Tu peux demander la suppression de ton compte à tout moment via le formulaire dedscibot.ovh. DSCMaker peut suspendre un compte en cas d'utilisation contraire aux présentes conditions ou à la loi.

10. Modification et droit applicable
Ces conditions peuvent évoluer ; la version en vigueur est celle publiée sur cette page. Elles sont soumises au droit français. En cas de litige, une solution amiable sera recherchée avant toute action ; à défaut, les tribunaux français sont compétents. La version française prévaut en cas d'écart entre les traductions.

Door een account aan te maken aanvaard je deze voorwaarden.
2. Toegang en account
- OurVan is gratis toegankelijk via een browser. De kosten van je internetverbinding zijn voor jou.
- Je moet een geldig e-mailadres opgeven en je wachtwoord geheim houden. Elke handeling met je account wordt geacht door jou te zijn uitgevoerd.
- Elk account heeft een eigen ruimte, die automatisch wordt aangemaakt.
3. Gedeelde ruimtes
- Je kunt anderen per e-mail uitnodigen in je ruimte, of hun de ID of link geven. Iedereen met de ID of link kan de ruimte betreden: jij bent verantwoordelijk voor het verspreiden ervan.
- Alle leden van een ruimte kunnen de gegevens bekijken, bewerken en resetten.
- Een lid kan een gedeelde ruimte op elk moment verlaten; de eigenaar kan zijn of haar eigen ruimte niet verlaten.
4. Je inhoud
De gegevens die je invoert blijven jouw eigendom. Je geeft DSCMaker alleen het recht om ze te hosten en te tonen aan de leden van je ruimtes, zodat de dienst kan werken. Je verbindt je ertoe geen onwettige inhoud in te voeren. Exporteer je begroting regelmatig (Instellingen → Exporteren als CSV): het resetten van een ruimte is definitief.
5. Indicatieve berekeningen
De bedragen, oppervlakken, maten, botsingen, kabellengtes en -doorsneden, energiebalansen en voertuigcatalogi van OurVan zijn schattingen, gebaseerd op vereenvoudigde aannames en benaderende maten van de fabrikant. Ze vormen geen technische studie en geen professioneel advies. Controleer de maten aan je voertuig en laat elke elektrische installatie, gasinstallatie of structurele wijziging goedkeuren door een vakman, volgens de regelgeving (waaronder de keuring van omgebouwde voertuigen).
6. Beschikbaarheid
DSCMaker streeft ernaar de dienst beschikbaar te houden, maar kan geen ononderbroken beschikbaarheid garanderen. De dienst kan worden onderbroken voor onderhoud, de functies kunnen veranderen of de dienst kan worden stopgezet; in dat laatste geval worden gebruikers tijdig verwittigd zodat ze hun gegevens kunnen exporteren.
7. Aansprakelijkheid
Voor zover de wet het toelaat, kan DSCMaker niet aansprakelijk worden gesteld voor indirecte schade door het gebruik van de dienst, met name gegevensverlies, een rekenfout of een beslissing op basis van de geleverde schattingen.
8. Opschorting en verwijdering
Je kunt op elk moment vragen om je account te verwijderen via het formulier opdscibot.ovh. DSCMaker kan een account opschorten bij gebruik in strijd met deze voorwaarden of met de wet.

10. Wijzigingen en toepasselijk recht
Deze voorwaarden kunnen wijzigen; de geldende versie is die op deze pagina. Ze vallen onder het Franse recht. Bij een geschil wordt eerst een minnelijke oplossing gezocht; lukt dat niet, dan zijn de Franse rechtbanken bevoegd. Bij verschillen tussen vertalingen heeft de Franse versie voorrang.
