This policy explains which personal data OurVan processes, why, and how to exercise your rights, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the French Data Protection Act.

Data controller

DSCMaker, independent creative studio — contact via the form ondscibot.ovh.

Data processed

  • Account: email address and password (stored encrypted by our authentication provider, never readable by us), preferred language.
  • Content of your space: budget, items, actual expenses, 3D layout, insulation, electrics, vehicle, settings.
  • Sharing: members of your spaces and email addresses of the people you invite. By inviting someone, you confirm they agree to their address being passed on to us.
  • Technical data: the host's connection logs (IP address, browser, requested pages).
  • Audience measurement, only with your consent: pages viewed, device type, referrer, via Google Analytics.

Purposes and legal bases

  • Providing the service (account, spaces, sync, sharing) — performance of the terms of use.
  • Securing the service and preventing abuse — legitimate interest.
  • Measuring audience to improve the app — consent, which can be withdrawn at any time.

No data is sold or used for advertising or profiling.

Retention periods

  • Account and content: as long as the account exists; deleted on request.
  • Invitations: until accepted, declined or cancelled.
  • Technical logs: according to the host's policy, usually a few weeks.
  • Audience measurement: 14 months maximum.
  • Your cookie choice: 6 months, after which you are asked again.

Recipients and processors

  • Supabase, Inc. — authentication and database.
  • Netlify, Inc. — website hosting.
  • Google Ireland Limited — audience measurement (Google Analytics), only with your consent.

Some of these providers may process data outside the European Union, particularly in the United States. These transfers are covered by the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and/or the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

The data in a shared space can be viewed and edited by all its members. Anyone with a space's ID or invitation link can join it: only share it with people you trust.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and port your data and to object to its processing, as well as the right to withdraw your consent and to set instructions for what happens to your data after your death.

To exercise them (including to delete your account), write to us via the form ondscibot.ovh, stating the account's email address. We reply within 30 days. You can also export your budget at any time (Settings → Export as CSV).

If you believe your rights are not being respected, you can lodge a complaint with the CNIL (French data protection authority): cnil.fr, or with the authority of your country.

Responsable du traitement

Données traitées

  • Compte : adresse e-mail et mot de passe (conservé chiffré par notre prestataire d'authentification, jamais lisible par nous), langue préférée.
  • Contenu de ton espace : budget, postes, frais réels, aménagement 3D, isolation, électricité, véhicule, réglages.
  • Partage : membres de tes espaces et adresses e-mail des personnes que tu invites. En invitant quelqu'un, tu confirmes avoir son accord pour nous transmettre son adresse.
  • Données techniques : journaux de connexion de l'hébergeur (adresse IP, navigateur, pages demandées).
  • Mesure d'audience, uniquement avec ton accord : pages consultées, type d'appareil, provenance, via Google Analytics.

Finalités et bases légales

  • Fournir le service (compte, espaces, synchronisation, partage) — exécution des conditions d'utilisation.
  • Sécuriser le service et prévenir les abus — intérêt légitime.
  • Mesurer l'audience pour améliorer l'app — consentement, retirable à tout moment.

Aucune donnée n'est vendue, ni utilisée pour de la publicité ou du profilage.

Durées de conservation

  • Compte et contenu : tant que le compte existe ; suppression sur demande.
  • Invitations : jusqu'à leur acceptation, leur refus ou leur annulation.
  • Journaux techniques : selon la politique de l'hébergeur, en général quelques semaines.
  • Mesure d'audience : 14 mois maximum.
  • Ton choix sur les cookies : 6 mois, puis il t'est redemandé.

Destinataires et sous-traitants

  • Supabase, Inc. — authentification et base de données.
  • Netlify, Inc. — hébergement du site.
  • Google Ireland Limited — mesure d'audience (Google Analytics), uniquement avec ton accord.

Certains de ces prestataires peuvent traiter des données hors de l'Union européenne, notamment aux États-Unis. Ces transferts sont encadrés par le cadre de protection des données UE–États-Unis (Data Privacy Framework) et/ou par les clauses contractuelles types de la Commission européenne.

Les données d'un espace partagé sont visibles et modifiables par tous ses membres. Toute personne disposant de l'ID ou du lien d'invitation d'un espace peut le rejoindre : ne le partage qu'avec des personnes de confiance.

Tes droits

Tu disposes d'un droit d'accès, de rectification, d'effacement, de limitation, de portabilité et d'opposition, ainsi que du droit de retirer ton consentement et de définir des directives sur le sort de tes données après ton décès.

Pour les exercer (y compris pour supprimer ton compte), écris-nous via le formulaire dedscibot.ovh en précisant l'adresse e-mail du compte. Réponse sous 30 jours. Tu peux aussi exporter ton budget à tout moment (Réglages → Exporter en CSV).

Si tu estimes que tes droits ne sont pas respectés, tu peux adresser une réclamation à la CNIL :cnil.fr.

  • Account: e-mailadres en wachtwoord (versleuteld bewaard door onze authenticatiedienst, nooit leesbaar voor ons), voorkeurstaal.
  • Inhoud van je ruimte: begroting, posten, werkelijke uitgaven, 3D-indeling, isolatie, elektriciteit, voertuig, instellingen.
  • Delen: leden van je ruimtes en e-mailadressen van de mensen die je uitnodigt. Door iemand uit te nodigen bevestig je dat die persoon akkoord gaat met het doorgeven van zijn of haar adres.
  • Technische gegevens: verbindingslogs van de host (IP-adres, browser, opgevraagde pagina's).
  • Bezoekersmeting, alleen met je toestemming: bekeken pagina's, type toestel, herkomst, via Google Analytics.

Doeleinden en rechtsgronden

  • De dienst leveren (account, ruimtes, synchronisatie, delen) — uitvoering van de gebruiksvoorwaarden.
  • De dienst beveiligen en misbruik voorkomen — gerechtvaardigd belang.
  • Bezoekers meten om de app te verbeteren — toestemming, op elk moment intrekbaar.

Er worden geen gegevens verkocht of gebruikt voor reclame of profilering.

Bewaartermijnen

  • Account en inhoud: zolang het account bestaat; verwijdering op verzoek.
  • Uitnodigingen: tot ze aanvaard, geweigerd of geannuleerd zijn.
  • Technische logs: volgens het beleid van de host, meestal enkele weken.
  • Bezoekersmeting: maximaal 14 maanden.
  • Je cookiekeuze: 6 maanden, daarna wordt het opnieuw gevraagd.

Ontvangers en verwerkers

  • Supabase, Inc. — authenticatie en database.
  • Netlify, Inc. — hosting van de website.
  • Google Ireland Limited — bezoekersmeting (Google Analytics), alleen met je toestemming.

Sommige van deze dienstverleners kunnen gegevens buiten de Europese Unie verwerken, met name in de Verenigde Staten. Deze doorgiften vallen onder het EU-VS-kader voor gegevensbescherming (Data Privacy Framework) en/of de modelcontractbepalingen van de Europese Commissie.

De gegevens van een gedeelde ruimte zijn zichtbaar en bewerkbaar voor alle leden. Iedereen met de ID of de uitnodigingslink van een ruimte kan erbij: deel die alleen met mensen die je vertrouwt.

Je rechten

Je hebt recht op inzage, rectificatie, wissing, beperking, overdraagbaarheid en bezwaar, en het recht om je toestemming in te trekken en richtlijnen vast te leggen over wat er na je overlijden met je gegevens gebeurt.

Om ze uit te oefenen (ook om je account te verwijderen), schrijf ons via het formulier opdscibot.ovh met vermelding van het e-mailadres van het account. Antwoord binnen 30 dagen. Je kunt je begroting ook op elk moment exporteren (Instellingen → Exporteren als CSV).

Vind je dat je rechten niet worden gerespecteerd, dan kun je een klacht indienen bij de CNIL (Franse toezichthouder): cnil.fr, of bij de toezichthouder van je land.
